At the same time, I have no illusions. I understand the risks.

For anyone considering buying residential property in Kharkiv, this means looking far beyond square metres and the asking price. The neighbourhood matters, the building matters, its condition matters.
Your daily route through the city matters. Your purpose for buying matters. And so does the property’s long-term potential. The real question is rarely, “Is this inexpensive?”
